3 sessions: 3 hours 1/2 sessions are offered, one per month (Saturday).

 During these sessions, the group  created will allow to increase trust ,and authentic sharing in a secure environment .

 This program is designed with a progression to allow you to go deeper and deeper, to appreciate the subtle or more radical changes that may emerge as a result of the experimentations you will make.

For technical reasons, we ask you to be in the same place.

Between each session we will propose exercises/tools to do at home to deepen your experience.

When : 2023: January 21st , February 18th and March 18th. Time: 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm (Paris)
